Unrestricted file upload in Telindus APSAL 3.14.2022.235 b allows local users to execute arbitrary code through Open Document. The feature passes the selected uploaded file to Process.Start without restricting executable file types, causing the operating system to launch attacker-supplied code. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and user interaction to select the uploaded executable; execution occurs in the application context.
