Heap-based buffer overflow in Samsung Exynos chipsets allows attackers to corrupt baseband memory via a malformed 5G MM message. The NrmmMsgCodec decoder fails to validate extended emergency number list parameters before writing decoded data into a heap buffer. Exploitation requires either a malicious mobile network operator or local device access; Samsung does not specify whether the overflow causes a crash or code execution.
