XXE in Nokia NetAct before 22 FP2211 allows remote authenticated users to read server files and issue server-side requests. The Performance Manager XML import passes untrusted documents to a parser that accepts external entities because input validation and parser hardening are missing. An internal account and dynamically generated session, CSRF, and Nxsrf tokens are required; successful exploitation exposes local files or reaches services from the NetAct host.
