Cookie disclosure via unterminated quoted-value parsing

Cookie parsing in affected Eclipse Jetty releases allows attackers to expose protected cookie values through crafted quoted cookies. The cookie header parser treats a value beginning with a double quote as continuous until a closing quote, consuming intervening semicolon-delimited cookies as part of that value. Exploitation depends on control of a quoted cookie plus an application or intermediary that exposes or applies policy to the merged value; consequences are cookie disclosure or cookie-policy bypass.
