Server crash via DBMS_OUTPUT memory exhaustion

Denial of service in IBM Db2 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5 allows remote attackers to crash the server through the DBMS_OUTPUT module. The module can drive the server into an out-of-memory condition, after which the Db2 server process crashes; IBM has not disclosed the triggering input or internal code path. Reaching the request path over the network requires no authentication or user interaction, and the reported consequence is limited to service interruption.
