Stored script execution via unsanitized admin settings

Stored XSS in Nate Reist Protected Posts Logout Button 1.4.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject web scripts. The plugin's option-saving path stores admin-setting values without sufficient input sanitization, and those values are rendered without output escaping. Administrator access is required, and the script executes when a user opens a page containing the injected setting.
