Code execution via out-of-bounds USD file read
Published Mar 28, 2023 · Updated Mar 5, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Dimension 3.4.7 and earlier allows attackers to execute code when a user opens a crafted USD file. The USD file parser reads past the end of an allocated memory structure while processing attacker-controlled file data. Opening the malicious file is required, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary code in the context of the current user.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
