Victim-device code execution via trusted proxy webpage
Published May 22, 2023 · Updated Jan 16, 2025
Web functionality inclusion in Teltonika Networks Remote Management System before 4.10.0 allows remote attackers to execute code on a victim device. The RMS cloud proxy issues a shareable, unauthenticated URL under a trusted, certified RMS subdomain that serves attacker-controlled web content. Execution requires a victim to connect to the malicious webpage, which can initiate a reverse shell on the victim device.
