Root command execution via unauthorized device registration

Improper authentication in Teltonika Networks Remote Management System before 4.14.0 allows remote attackers to claim unregistered devices. The registration flow accepts a device's serial number and MAC address or IMEI without verifying its administrator password, assigning the device to the attacker's RMS company. RMS management is enabled by default; after claiming a device, the attacker can use Task Manager to execute commands on it with root privileges.
