Cross-site scripting in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Sites through 10.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via a crafted link. Esri identifies the affected locus as the Sites builder iframe source but has not disclosed which value is insufficiently neutralized. Exploitation requires low-privileged portal access and a victim to click the link; resulting script runs in the victim's browser context.
