HTML injection in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 11.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to render arbitrary HTML via a crafted link. Esri has not disclosed the affected request parameter or the precise neutralization failure that permits the crafted HTML to render. Exploitation requires a victim to click the link; Esri reports no stateful change or customer-data rendering.
