Cross-site request forgery in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 11.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute actions through an authorized user's browser. Esri has not disclosed the affected endpoint or the request-validation failure that lets a forged cross-site request use the victim's authenticated browser context. Exploitation requires an authorized user to interact with attacker-controlled content, and resulting actions carry that user's portal privileges.
