Phishing redirects via unvalidated destination URLs

Open redirect in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 11.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to send victims to arbitrary websites through crafted URLs. Esri has not published the affected URL handler or the validation error that accepts an attacker-controlled destination. The attack requires a victim to follow the crafted link and supports phishing; no direct server-side data access or service interruption is reported.
