Authenticated file read via unchecked report identifier
Published Mar 9, 2023 · Updated Feb 25, 2025
Path traversal in FIT2CLOUD MeterSphere before 2.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via a crafted UI resource request. ResourceService.getUiResultImage validates slashes only in the filename, then concatenates an unchecked reportId into the UI image filesystem path. Permission to create a UI resource file and an authenticated session are required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the server process.
