Browser script execution via unneutralized status description

Stored cross-site scripting in Uptime Kuma before 1.20.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through a status-page description. The status-page editor stores a crafted description and later renders its unneutralized HTML, allowing embedded script to execute when the page is saved or viewed. Low-privileged access to edit a status page is required, and a viewer must load the affected page; execution occurs in that viewer's browser context.
