CVE-2023-25780

Unauthorized substitute-agent changes via missing authentication

Published Jun 2, 2023 · Updated Jan 8, 2025

Missing authentication in Status Internet Co., Ltd. PowerBPM 2.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter other users' substitute agents. The substitute-agent configuration function accepts a normal user's request to change the substitute agent assigned to an arbitrary user without adequately authenticating that operation. Access from the same LAN and a normal user account are required; exploitation changes workflow delegation assignments but has no reported confidentiality or availability impact.
