Authorization bypass in Jenkins Azure Credentials Plugin 253.v887e0f9e898b and earlier lets remote authenticated users trigger outbound connections. Form-validation methods accept an attacker-specified server address and initiate a connection without checking the caller's permission. Overall/Read access is sufficient, and the bounded consequence is a Jenkins controller connection to a server chosen by the attacker.
