CVE-2023-25753Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated internal service access via unrestricted proxyGateway

Published Oct 19, 2023 · Updated Sep 12, 2024

SSRF in Apache Software Foundation Apache ShenYu before 2.6.0 allows remote attackers to send arbitrary HTTP requests. SandboxController's /sandbox/proxyGateway route passes the attacker-controlled requestUrl, method, cookies, and headers to HttpUtils.requestCall without restricting the destination. No authentication or user interaction is required; the server can reach internal services, including the local Bootstrap service on port 9195, and relay responses.
