Tab crash via mismatched Web Crypto key import

Denial of service in Firefox before 110, Firefox ESR before 102.8, and Thunderbird before 102.8 allows attackers to crash a tab. The Web Crypto ImportKey path incorrectly handles an SPKI-encoded RSA public key supplied for ECDSA P-256, terminating the content tab. Attackers must cause a browser or browser-like context to process the mismatched key; Thunderbird email reading is not a path because scripting is disabled.
