Out-of-bounds write in XPCOM affects Mozilla Firefox before 110, Firefox ESR before 102.8, and Thunderbird before 102.8 via stream encoding. EncodeInputStream allocates its destination from aCount or the stream's currently available bytes, then reads until exhaustion and can write more encoded data than the buffer holds. Mozilla found no hazardous current caller, and the public demonstration requires altering aCount in a debugger, so no attacker-reachable consequence is established.
