Unauthenticated command execution via login query injection
Published Feb 13, 2023 · Updated Oct 21, 2025
Command injection in Ruckus Wireless Admin through 10.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through an HTTP GET request. The /forms/doLogin handler passes a password query value containing shell substitution syntax to command execution without neutralization. The access-point web service must be running; it is disabled by default on access points joined to ZoneDirector or SmartZone, while standalone access points remain exposed.
