Settings modification via missing nonce validation

CSRF in Pagup Better Robots.txt 1.4.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify plugin settings through an administrator's browser. The plugin's page function accepts state-changing requests without verifying a WordPress nonce, so forged requests execute with the administrator's active session. Exploitation requires a signed-in administrator to follow a malicious link or submit a crafted form; the documented consequence is unauthorized settings changes.
