Cloud SQL task denial via untrusted proxy path

Improper input validation in Apache Airflow Google Provider before 8.10.0 allows attackers to interrupt Cloud SQL tasks via connection data. CloudSQLDatabaseHook accepts sql_proxy_binary_path from connection extras and uses it as the Cloud SQL Proxy executable path without ensuring that trusted code supplied it. Exploitation requires influence over an Airflow Cloud SQL connection and a task that starts the proxy; an invalid path causes the task to fail without exposing or altering data.
