Remote code execution via proxy version path

Improper input validation in Apache Airflow Google Provider before 8.10.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through Cloud SQL proxy downloads. CloudSqlProxyRunner inserts an unvalidated sql_proxy_version value into a Google Storage path, writes the response to disk, marks it executable, and launches it. Exploitation requires control of that connection value and a reachable attacker-supplied object; code runs with the Airflow task process privileges.
