Path traversal in IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager allows remote authenticated users to view arbitrary files through crafted URLs. Request-path processing accepts dot-dot sequences and resolves them beyond the intended directory rather than rejecting or constraining them. The vendor assessment requires high privileges; successful requests expose files reachable by the service, with no reported code execution.
