Process crash via zero AudioSpectrogram stride
Published Mar 24, 2023 · Updated Feb 19, 2025
Denial of service in Google TensorFlow before 2.11.1 allows remote attackers to crash a process through a crafted AudioSpectrogram call. SpectrogramShapeFn divides the derived output length by the unvalidated stride attribute, so a zero stride raises a floating-point exception during shape inference. Reachability requires an application to pass attacker-controlled AudioSpectrogram attributes, and the reported consequence is limited to terminating the hosting process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
