Process interruption via unchecked negative DynamicStitch index
Published Mar 24, 2023 · Updated Feb 19, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow before 2.11.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt a hosting process through crafted DynamicStitch inputs. DynamicStitch accepted a negative index and reached source-vector access or copy preparation before applying a complete bounds check. Reachability requires an application to execute attacker-controlled DynamicStitch arguments; the published impact is loss of process availability, with no confidentiality or integrity impact reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
