Process interruption via unchecked GRU tensor dimensions

Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow before 2.11.1 allows attackers to interrupt a process via malformed GRUBlockCellGrad tensors. The GRUBlockCellGrad kernel treats b_c and related arguments as fixed-rank vectors or matrices without first validating their ranks and matching dimensions, so a scalar bias can be read past its buffer. Attackers must be able to supply tensor arguments to an application that invokes the raw GRU gradient operation; the exact interruption mode is unpublished, with no reported data readout or modification.
