Authenticated file disclosure via unrestricted download paths

Path traversal in ZTE ZXCLOUD iRAI V7.23.23 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to download arbitrary server files. The backend download interface neither escapes special strings nor restricts paths before using a request parameter to select a file. Any user account can reach the interface and read files accessible to the service, with no reported ability to modify data or interrupt service.
