Local privilege escalation via writable DLL folder

Privilege escalation in ZTE ZXCLOUD iRAI 7.23.20 and earlier allows local users to execute commands with elevated privileges. The product assigns weak permissions to a Windows installation folder, allowing an ordinary user to place a fake DLL whose execution raises local privileges.
