Unauthenticated command execution via unquoted scan arguments

OS command injection in scanservjs before 2.27.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through scanner settings. CommandBuilder._format leaves tab-delimited strings with backticks unquoted, allowing shell command substitution when Process executes a scan command. Network access to the unauthenticated service is sufficient, and injected commands run with the scanservjs process privileges.
