Service interruption via unlimited multipart parts

Resource exhaustion in Litestar before 1.51.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt ASGI services through crafted multipart requests. The multipart parser splits and processes every file and field part without a count limit, consuming CPU and retaining RAM as parts accumulate. Exposure requires a handler accepting multipart Body input; concurrent requests can occupy all workers or trigger out-of-memory process kills.
