Subscriber-level data deletion via unchecked action callback

Missing authorization in PluginUs.Net WPCS 1.1.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete custom currency switchers. The anonymous callback for the wpcs_sd_delete action deletes the requested custom drop-down without checking the caller's capability. Any subscriber account can invoke the action and remove a configured switcher, limiting the consequence to application-data deletion.
