Improper authorization in the DPM service in Dell Power Manager before 3.14 allows local users with low privileges to elevate privileges. Dell has not published the affected operation, authorization check, or request path within the proprietary DPM service. Local access and an existing low-privilege account are required, and successful exploitation grants higher privileges on the Windows system.
