Improper privilege management in Dell SupportAssistInstaller.exe before 3.13.2.19 allows local users to gain elevated privileges. Dell has not published the flawed privilege-management operation within the installer or the untrusted input that triggers it. Exploitation requires a high-privileged local user, user interaction, and a first-time installation performed before March 8, 2023; the installed SupportAssist application is not affected.
