Unauthenticated web password disclosure via SCPI command

Improper access control in Siglent SDS 1104X-E firmware SDS1xx4X-E_V6.1.37R9.ADS allows remote attackers to read the web password. The unauthenticated SCPI services on TCP ports 5024 and 5025 accept the undocumented WEB:PSW? command and return the current password. Network access to either SCPI port is sufficient; the embedded web server also exposes an unauthenticated SCPI command bridge.
