Arbitrary file write via unchecked pack paths

Path traversal in nothub mrpack-install 0.16.2 and earlier allows attackers to write arbitrary files through a malicious .mrpack import. The install and update paths trust file paths from the pack index and join them to the server directory without verifying that the result remains beneath that directory. A user must import the crafted pack; its downloads can silently place or replace scripts and configuration files at attacker-chosen locations.
