Administrator-triggered AJAX actions via missing nonce validation
Published May 16, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Contact Form by Supsystic 1.7.24 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute AJAX actions. The AJAX handler in classes/frame.php accepts a requested action without first validating its WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires an administrator to submit the forged request; the resulting effect depends on the selected AJAX action.
