Administrator SQL execution via unsanitized orderby parameter
Published Jun 19, 2023 · Updated Dec 11, 2024
SQL injection in CRM Perks Integration for Contact Form 7 and Zoho CRM, Bigin before 1.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to alter SQL queries. The administrative Zoho Logs view inserts the orderby query parameter into an SQL ORDER BY clause without sufficient sanitization or escaping. Administrator privileges are required; a crafted request can inject database expressions, and the published proof of concept delays the response with SLEEP().
