Unauthenticated access via relative-path filter bypass

Improper authentication in Docmosis Tornado before 2.9.5 allows remote attackers to access protected web endpoints via crafted URLs. The authentication filter tests the unnormalized request URI with startsWith("/api/") and treats /api/../ paths as exempt REST calls. A network-reachable instance is sufficient; the bypass exposes protected content, and the published proof combines it with a file-read flaw to disclose server files.
