Connection-string disclosure via embedded static secret

Cleartext storage in Stimulsoft Designer Desktop 2023.1.4 and 2023.1.5 allows local users to read database connection strings. Stimulsoft.report.dll uses one embedded secret across versions, installations, and operating systems to encrypt ConnectionStringEncrypted values in .mrt files. After obtaining an .mrt report file, attackers can decompile the DLL, recover the shared secret, and expose any database credentials contained in its connection string.
