Service-session interception via unchanged default SSH keys

Hard-coded SSH keys in Nokia AirScale ASIKA Single RAN releases 19B through 21A allow local users to intercept service sessions. Commissioning leaves factory-installed, operator-specific SSH host key pairs unchanged, enabling an internal adversary holding the same keys to impersonate the BTS SSH endpoint. Exploitation requires access to the CSP internal BTS management network, administrator-enabled SSH during troubleshooting, and interaction by service personnel; the keys alone do not authenticate a service user to the BTS.
