Identity disclosure via stale post usernames

Information exposure in Discourse Yearly Review 0.1 allows remote attackers to link anonymized users to former identities through public topics. The plugin writes usernames and avatar paths into review post bodies but does not update those strings when anonymization changes a username. The affected user must appear in a generated review before anonymization; viewing that topic then reveals the prior username and avatar path.
