Chart-value disclosure via template-triggered DNS lookups

Information disclosure in Helm 3.0.0 through 3.11.0 allows attackers to leak chart values to a DNS server through chart rendering. The template engine leaves getHostByName enabled and resolves an attacker-controlled hostname during install, upgrade, template, or SDK rendering. Exploitation requires an operator or application to render the malicious chart, and the encoded data reaches the DNS resolver handling the query.
