AWS metadata disclosure via Unicode IP bypass

SSRF in Nextcloud Server and Enterprise Server before 23.0.12 or 24.0.8 allows remote attackers to read AWS metadata. The LocalAddressChecker filter accepts Unicode-enclosed decimal IP forms without canonicalizing them, so the disguised host resolves to a blocked link-local address. An unauthenticated network request can reach 169.254.169.254 when the server runs in AWS, exposing metadata returned by that service.
