Arbitrary SQL execution via unescaped OGC filters

SQL injection in GeoTools before 27.4 and 28.0 through 28.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL via crafted OGC filters. FilterToSQL directly wrote PropertyIsLike patterns and string FeatureId values into generated SQL, while database-specific encoders failed to escape other filter arguments. Reachability requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled OGC filters to a JDBCDataStore; consequences follow the database account's ability to read, change, or delete data.
