Server crash via minimum signed count

Integer overflow in Redis before 6.0.18, 6.2.0 through 6.2.10, and 7.0.0 through 7.0.8 allows local users to crash the server. The SRANDMEMBER, ZRANDMEMBER, and HRANDFIELD handlers accept the minimum signed long as a count even though its absolute value cannot fit, so negation overflows before allocation or reply handling. A client must authenticate and be permitted to run an affected command; exploitation terminates redis-server without reported data disclosure or modification.
