Link following in Trend Micro Apex One 2019 before 14.0.0.11564 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The Browser Exploit Detection engine lets a crafted mount point cause the privileged Common Client Solution Framework service to delete an attacker-chosen folder. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution on a Windows endpoint and yields SYSTEM-level control.
