Memory corruption via grouped integer padding miscalculation

Buffer overflow in the GNU C Library 2.37 printf family allows attackers to write past a destination buffer via crafted number formatting. The formatter miscalculates padding when an apostrophe grouping flag and minimum width are combined, causing output to exceed an exactly sized buffer. Triggering requires a caller to allocate that tight buffer and use the affected grouped-integer formatting path; the overwrite corrupts memory in the calling process.
