Unrestricted upload in PowerPanel Business through 4.8.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The default.cmd handler accepts a file of a dangerous type without an effective restriction, making its contents available for command execution. Administrative access to the network interface is required; successful exploitation grants command execution on the host.
